  1. That is a cartoon a Chinese painter painted to satirize what Australian soldiers had really done in Afghanistan rather than a "fake image."

  2. Simple: If you are having a lot of trades with a partner, you naturally try to understand more of him, and keep the relationship stable. Aparantly Australian government think China is a very bad country and should be criticized and punished; Aus gov. also thinks it is China that needs the trading.

The whole world knows that China is a very good trading partner, and the trading not only benefit China but also Aus.. It is a greater loss for Australia considering the China market already developed for Aus products: the reputation and repeated buyers, the distribution channels.

If the Aus politicians are honest people, they should say sorry to the Aus. people for causing the loss, and take steps to recover the relationship.

If they are not, they would ignore the loss on the Aus economy and try to tell people that it is not their fault.

  3. Are you acting dumb or do you really not understand the situation? Australia has been forced by the US to oppose China in every front. Australians are nothing but puppets in US president's eyes.

  4. 500 000 Iraqi children died thanks to US sanctions, Madeleine Albright, US Secretary of State, thought “it was worth it”. Say again who uses trade as a weapon?

  5. The West is learning from the mis-deeds of their ancestors and other countries should use their experience to learn from also. Unfortunately today we are witnessing a new colonising power, China, committing the same sins but trying to hide it by using much more sneaky tactics. Instead of invading with armies they invade with promises of easy money and of wanting to help. The reality is debt trap diplomacy where countries are fooled into accepting loans that they can never repay for infrastructure that is built by Chinese gov't owned companies building projects that are not for the benefit of the locals but to make it easier for the CCP to extract the mineral and natural resources. When repayments at extra high interest rates are not paid then the resources are taken ( stolen ) as an excuse for payment or the asset itself is taken over ( Sri Lanka Port ) Chinese CCP agents have infiltrated the U.N administration, the WHO and many other world bodies designed to help all nations, with a mission to subvert their activities for the benefit of China. The debt trapped countries are black mailed by China to always vote the way CCP commands them to do. These same poor, impoverished nations are further abused by China sending their fishing fleets to completely fish out their waters destroying the environment and leaving nothing for the locals to survive from. Same countries are also pressured to allow china to take endangered species of near extinct animals for little Chinese men to eat to make their little dicks hard. All of this is occurring now while China is polluting the air, sea and land more than all other countries in the world combined. What a great global citizen and example for all to follow !!!
